Overview

Woven wraps are amazingly versatile and beautiful pieces of fabric. There's practice required in learning how to tie them well, but the end result is, for many fans, one item that offers an array of moulded supportive creative carrying.

This Firespiral wrap is a super-cushy blend with merino - it's lovely for a snuggly feeling with a smaller baby (do a Lexi twist to take the thicker fabric away from tiny knees on a Front Wrap Cross Carry) or for extra comfort for you and your passenger if wrapping heavier babies and toddlers!  Read more about it on the Firespiral wrap database.

Fabric: 39% lambswool merino, 61% combed cotton, estimated 295gsm (thicker weight wrap)

Size: Size 5 - 4.2m. Width 63cm - 67cm under tension

Manufacture: Made in Lancashire, UK, 2018

Washing: Machine washable - 30 degrees delicates wash with non-bio and no fabric conditioner. Ensure it is not washed along with anything with fastenings which could 'pull' threads (e.g. bra hooks).

Child weight range: 3.18kg - 18kg is intended range

Wearer size: If you're a beginner wrapper, you'll want to start by learning a Front Wrap Cross Carry. The size of wrap you can do this carry in is called your 'base size'. This wrap is most likely to be your base size if you usually wear clothing sized 'Small' (or women's dress size 8-10).
