Didymos 'Find your size' woven wrap (WW49) Due 04/05/2024

Overview

Woven wraps are amazingly versatile and beautiful pieces of fabric. There's practice required in learning how to tie them well, but the end result is, for many fans, one item that offers an array of moulded supportive creative carrying.

This Didymos wrap is a 'Find your size' model - designed to help beginner wrappers!  It has different patterns across the width of the wrap to help you easily identify different sections of fabric as you wrap, different edges, and wrap sizes from 4-7 marked on it to help you figure out your 'base size' by doing a Front Wrap Cross Carry - instructions below.

Details

Fabric: 100% cotton, 200gsm

Size: Size 7 - 5.2m. Width ~70cm.

Manufacture: Made in Germany

Washing: Machine washable - up to 60 degrees gentle wash with non-bio and no fabric conditioner. Slow spin speed. Ensure it is not washed along with anything with fastenings which could 'pull' threads (e.g. bra hooks).

Child weight range: 3.5 - 20kg

Wearer size: If you're a beginner wrapper, you'll want to start by learning a Front Wrap Cross Carry. The size of wrap you can do this carry in is called your 'base size'. This wrap has the different sizes of wrap 4 - 7 marked on it, so you can figure out what your base size might be! Often those who wear clothing in size 'Small' (dress size 8-10ish) might have a base size of 5, those in 'Medium' (12-14ish) might have a base of size 6, and those in 'Large' (size 16-18ish) might have a base size of 7. But it's really tricky to know as your proportions and your baby are variable factors too! This wrap is fab for figuring out what size might suit you!

Instructions

Carrying options: So so many! Loads of different ways to tie front, hip and back carries based on your preference!
